Specification
The hex head cap screw is a common fastener in construction and machine assembly. The screw head is designed to fit a ratchet or spanner torque wrenches allowing you to tighten the screw to your exact specifications. Hex head cap screws are typically used to create a bolted joint, in which a threaded shaft exactly fits a corresponding tapped hole or nut. CL4.8 screws tend to be used in construction for joining wood components. CL8.8 screws are used in small engines. CL10.9 screws provide high tensile strength. One advantage cap screw fasteners have over welds or rivets is that they allow for easy disassembly for repairs and maintenance. QBH company has the hex head cap screws, nuts, washers and other fasteners you need for machine maintenance and general construction.

There are coarse threaded, fine threaded and standard threaded fasteners. The Fully Threaded ISO 4017hexagon Head Screws are usually coarse threaded and are used in different types of applications. The nuclear power, wind towers, construction, railways and automotive industries use the ISO 4017 Bolts for the high tensile strength. The material also has good corrosion resistance against general corrosive agents and atmospheric corrosion. The BS En ISO 4017 Grade 8.8 Bolts are some of the most used. These are made from 18-8 steels mostly, with other alloy steel materials often used as well. The ISO 4017 Bolt Material of the fasteners also influences the mechanical properties such as acidic corrosion resistance, strength values and toughness. The ISO 4017 Bolt Length varies from 6mm to 500mm depending on the grade and specification. The sizes range for different application purposes as well. The ISO 4017 Bolt Size can range from M2 to M100 with hex bolts ranging from M2 to M60. QBH manufacturer and supplier of the different types such as the ISO 4017 Hex Head Bolt and others.
