DIN 525 Weld Studs

DIN 525 defines a series of non-threaded studs for drawn arc stud welding, creating a permanent, monolithic connection with the base material. The process forms a forged, full-penetration fusion zone, resulting in a threaded anchor point whose ultimate tensile load is determined by the weld interface rather than mechanical engagement.
