Stainless Steel DIN 316 D - Wing Screws With Rounded Wings
DESCRIPTION:
Wing screws are generally used in construction applications to allow users to make direct adjustments and change calibrations. These screws feature flat projections called the ‘head' on the side of the screws. This provides natural leverage turning and ensures that the pressure on the fingers is evenly distributed and there is no pain while adjusting an instrument. If an application requires frequent access and tightening between each use, then wing screws from QBH Fasteners will get the job done for you.
These screws come in a wide range of sizes to meet all your fastening need. It is also made out of stainless steel, alloy steel and carbon steel materials which ensures that it is corrosion resistant and durable. Another advantage of these screws is the easy installation process which can be followed to set it up. It requires no special assembly and therefore used mostly in consumer products as it can be assembled quickly.
DIMENSIONAL STANDARDS:
DIN 316A, DIN 316D
Wing Bolts, or Wing Screws, featured elongated ‘wings’ that are designed to be easily operated by hand.
They can be used with Wing Nuts to create an exceptional fastening that can be adjusted from various positions.
Available in A2 and A4 stainless steel as standard, with a range of finishes such as chemical black coating also available. Other materials and finishes are available as specials.
Created to DIN standard 316 AF, Wing Bolts host lengths ranging from 10mm to 60mm, with varying wing widths also available.

For new customer, We can provide free samples for standard fastener, But the clients will pay the express
charges. For old customer, We will send you free samples and pay express charges by ourself.

QBH company can accept small orders if we have them in stock.Generally speaking,the stock probability of stainless steel fasteners is higher than that of carbon steel fasteners.
6. How about your delivery time
What we pursure is the high efficiency movement pattern,the stainless steel fastener delivery time about 15days,the carbon steel fastener will it about 30days
7. What is your packing.
Usually 25KG/carbon,36CTNS on the pallets,or 20-30kg/Bags,then on the pallet,QBH company personalized packagingis also available,like 10PCS/plastic bag or 10pcs/box,it can print some information
such as LOGO and pattern of customers.
8. What is your payment term
