A193 B16 Alloy Steel Round Bar
ASTM A193 Grade B16 bolts and threaded studs are manufactured from a chromium-molybdenum-vanadium alloy steel. Although A193 Grade B16 bolts and studs have similar strength requirements as Grade B7, the vanadium and higher tempering temperature helps the fasteners retain their molecular structure and strength under higher ambient temperatures than Grade B7. Grade B16 bolts and studs are used in the power and petrochemical industries on boilers, turbines, and other pressurized equipment with elevated temperatures. Unlike the stainless steel grades within the A193 specification, Grade B16 has no corrosion-resistant properties unless they are coated.
The ASME A193 designation covers fasteners intended for use in pressure vessels, valves, flanges, and fittings. The addition of vanadium makes this heat treated chromoly steel (AISI 4140) particularly resilient in high temperature environments. A-193 B16 is considered as the most suitable for bolts used at temperature below 450°C with a minimum effect on its structural strength up to 1,100°F.

6. How about your delivery time
What we pursure is the high efficiency movement pattern,the stainless steel fastener delivery time about 15days,the carbon steel fastener will it about 30days

Usually 25KG/carbon,36CTNS on the pallets,or 20-30kg/Bags,then on the pallet,QBH company personalized packagingis also available,like 10PCS/plastic bag or 10pcs/box,it can print some information
such as LOGO and pattern of customers.
8. What is your payment term
Normally,our terms of payment are TT and L/C,if we cooperate for a long time,we can reach the point of mutual trust,and fully support our customers to become bigger and stronger in the local market.
